Within the United States: Shipping for a Report or Standard is $4.00 per item.  Shipping for a Proceeding, Book, Guide, or Video is $8.50 per item.   

Maryland residents:  please add 5% sales tax.  Sales tax applies to the total order including shipping charges.  If tax exempt, provide a copy of certificate. 

All orders being shipped within the United States are shipped via UPS ground. 

International Orders:  Orders shipped to Canada is 20% of the total book order.  Orders shipped to all other countries are 30% of the total book order.

All orders being shipped outside the United States are shipped via DHL shipping.
